I recorded the debates and watched them last night so after hearing what everyone thought on radio and TV yesterday I have these observations. I believe a fresh non political face has the best chance of winning and in that debate Herman Cain was the winner. Everyone else carries so much political baggage. The objective however is not just to win the GOP nomination but to take back the White House and restore some sanity to the country. Mr Cain is certainly a smart business man with experience at the Federal Reserve but can he also be a diplomat and a statesman? Logic and common sense will go a long way in restoring the spirit of our nation but this job, if executed properly, has three CEO’s.
Herman Cain said he would surround himself with people who could help him get the job done. I think if he can give a description of who his team would be he might boost his ratings even more. It is early and I am looking forward to the next debate in June. Fox is hosting one in July so maybe we will see mainstream media at their finest(HA) in June. The best advice now would be from Glenn Beck “do your homework!”.
